How do I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including:

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When placing an order, your payment details are entered into an SSL-secured web page, then encrypted and transmitted securely to our payment processor. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card or payment method will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
Please contact us immediately at contact@outigo.shop with your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method is in another currency, your total will be converted at your bank's current exchange rate on the day of processing.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement.

Cancellations after this window may incur a 30% cancellation fee, due to payment processor charges.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer update the shipping address.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, and avoid using temporary or vacation addresses.
